Message: hi! My name is Shirel Zerobnick, and I live in Israel. This coming up Sunday I am going out on a 5 day bike ride for Alyn Hospital. The ride has 250 riders, 120 of them from outside Israel. The ride is from Miztpe Ramon (in the south of Israel) to Jerusalem, which sums up to 487 km. at the end of the ride. I am one of about 10 teenagers doing the ride. Both my older brothers have done the ride - the older one did it three times and can't do it anymore since he's in the army, and my other brother is coming this year for his 3rd time.
This year my family and I are going to be 4 on the ride. My father (riding for his 5th time), my brother Noam, my twin sister (first time) and me! We have been training very hard for the past couple of months, but are still doing it for the patients at Alyn.
