It is the Israeli Scouts summer program. web site www.chetz-vkeshet.org.il
Chetz V'Keshet, an Israeli summer program for children of former Israelis living in the United States, and American youth. it is a is a unique program that combines youth from abroad and Israeli youth (living in Israel) .the groups are combined to emphasize the connection between Israel and Jews in the Diaspora. The Program is operated by the Israeli Scouts and the Gadna, the Educational Division of the Israeli Army. The program is for teens 15-18. it will begin on June 30th till July 30th and will offer two option one for Hebrew speakers and the other for light Hebrew-English speakers. Although most of our program participants are from the US, it is available also to Israeli teens around the world. This year they are offering for the first time an option of spending the first 3 days in Prague. while in Prague the group will explore the city and learn about its Jewish History and Culture.
