Teen Jewish Life in Skokie

    For those of you who don't know, Skokie is a suburb of  Chicago. Chicago is a big city in the United States. In Skokie, there's a small Jewish community, and we don't have too much special things for teens besides for a summer minyan. The summer minyan that I go to is at 7:45 am.

    Since Skokie doesn't have much, we go into the "big city".   NCSY is an outreach program for teenagers. You can also hang out at the Jewish Community Center and swim or play ball. Many frum teens spend time in the Bais Medrash learning.
